Project Overview

The client reached out to FNG for field service for one of their leading travel industry Partners in Europe. FNG deployed on-the-ground IT resources to assist 100+ end-user using IT devices for their vital tasks related to Travel Industry/Airports in Germany.

Significant Challenges

Backlog Cleared – IT engineers not only were able to resolve the existing issues that Users were facing in real time but also were able to close out the ticket backlog.

Troubleshooting Users – Engineers assisted Users on a daily basis troubleshooting devices, cabling work, printers, configuring and installing AV solutions on laptops, desktops & on-premises servers and performing technical health checks.

Client Communication – Our 24×7 Service Desk kept track of engineers onsite, off-site timing and daily onsite work, keeping the client up to date on everything happening at the site.
