  • Client wanted to refresh end user hardware but due to amount of users client found it difficult to manage the project
  • FNG awarded 2 year contract to support client in over 152 global sites
  • FNG were able to support the client by offering account managers, project managers and in country support of multi skilled technicians to quickly support the client
  • Being able to leverage our offering and skills the client has seen a huge saving in their IT expenditure, the client is now able to offer quicker support and more local support
  • Subsequent issues can now be handled in real time and not have a ‘reactive’ approach taken to them as before
  • Over 2500 data centre devices were supported as part of this project
  • Over 9000 total end user devices were covered as part of this project
