Verkada Installation In The Middle East

Networking Solutions

It's a question we hear more than you'd think. A business or IT channel partner has already chosen Verkada, the platform, the cameras, the access control, but then hits a wall when it comes to getting the hardware installed across sites in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or elsewhere in the Middle East. The assumption is that quality install support just isn't available locally.

What Is Verkada and Why Are Businesses Choosing It?

Verkada is a cloud-based physical security platform that combines cameras, access control, environmental sensors, and alarms into one unified system. Businesses choose it because it’s genuinely simple to manage, just hardware that connects to the cloud and gives you full visibility from anywhere.

It’s become a popular choice for enterprises with multiple sites, partly because the platform scales cleanly. You can manage a single location or hundreds of them from the same dashboard. For businesses operating across the Middle East, whether that’s corporate offices, retail sites, logistics hubs, or hospitality venues!

The Problem: Finding Reliable Installation Engineers in the Region

This is where things tend to break down. You can source the Verkada hardware. You can set up the licenses. But finding trusted, qualified engineers who can install the system correctly, mount the cameras, run the cabling, configure the network, test everything, and do it across multiple sites in the Middle East, without cutting corners? You’re relying on a third party who may or may not have experience with Verkada specifically, who may not adhere to your SLAs, and who introduces an extra layer of cost and coordination. If something goes wrong, accountability gets blurry fast.

How FNG Solves This

Fortitude Nicsa Global has direct engineers operating across 150+ countries, including throughout the Middle East.

That distinction matters more than it might sound. When we say direct engineers, we mean engineers who are part of our network, vetted, certified, and operating to our standards. There’s no third party sitting between you and the person doing the install. No margin stacking. No quality lottery.

For Verkada installations specifically, our engineers can handle:

  • Camera mounting and positioning across single or multi-site deployments
  • Network configuration and connectivity testing
  • Access control hardware installation
  • System commissioning and handover
  • Ongoing support after go-live

We serve businesses directly, and we also work with VARs, MSPs, OEMs, and Telcos who need a reliable installation partner they can rely on across the region without building out their own engineering headcount.

Who Is This Right For?

If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation:

  • You’re deploying Verkada across one or more sites in the Middle East and need on-the-ground installation support
  • You’re an IT reseller or channel partner looking for a trusted delivery partner in the region
  • You’re managing a rollout across multiple countries and need one partner who can cover the whole region

We’ve supported IT projects in 150+ countries. The Middle East is not a gap in our coverage, it’s one of our active regions.

Installing in Dubai? There's a Compliance Requirement You Need to Know About

Dubai has some of the strictest physical security regulations in the region, and they apply directly to CCTV installations. The Security Industry Regulatory Agency, SIRA, governs security systems across Dubai and sets specific technical and regulatory standards that all CCTV installations must meet. It’s not a guideline or a recommendation. It’s a legal requirement.

One of the key parts of that requirement is that engineers carrying out installations must hold SIRA accreditation. If your installation is completed by engineers who aren’t SIRA-accredited, you’re not compliant, and in Dubai, that’s a problem.

The frustrating thing is that many businesses don’t find this out until they’re already mid-project. They’ve signed off on the hardware, engaged a team, and then discover the engineers don’t meet the regulatory standard. That means delays, additional costs, and the very real risk of having to redo work.

FNG has SIRA-accredited engineers available in Dubai. Compliance is handled from the start, not treated as an afterthought. You don’t need to verify credentials, research local regulations, or worry about whether your installation will pass scrutiny. We’ve already taken care of it.
