Project Overview
- FNG were appointed to supply FTE for a large corporate global investments firm to help support their day to day operations – including cable routing / management, connectivity testing, print media, conferencing and video conferencing solutions and ensuring that asset registers were updated.
- FNG were able to confirm FTE assignment adhering to the customers monthly schedule needs. We had monthly calls with the customer to check in on any changes they needed and also after each visit we were able to feedback to the customer confirming actions and work completed.

- The customer had the challenge of not having any IT presence on site at their locations at major city sites. The customer wanted to create a hot desk environment with more up to date conferencing facilities.
- The customer wanted a number of jobs to be done: these included inventory of onsite assets, the validation of asset deployed conditions, ensuring that cable management was done to a very high standard, validating print facilities, installation, testing and verification of video and audio conferencing suits, Wi-Fi testing and ICT / Comms Room inspection.
- FNG were able to support the customer in all areas of the work they wanted completing. We delivered excellence in all areas with 100% client satisfaction.
- All visits were recorded and reported with onsite and offsite timings and site visit reports provided within 24 hours of attendance.
