Project Overview

  • FNG provided our customer with skilled multilingual engineers across multiple projects both as dispatch and FTE where required.
  • FNG would allocate resource as part of project scope, our customer wanted us to dispatch to site based on both 4 hour same day and next business day, 4 hour SLA’s.
  • FNG supported our customer over 5 continents – With Level 2 and Level 3 FTE’s
  • Placements of the FTE’s were based all over major continents where high numbers of onsite resources were extended due to customer satisfaction. 
  • One of the main caveats that our customer needed was native language resource for each office, FNG used our talent pool to effectively locate the right FTE’s at the right location.

Support Solutions

FNG were successfully able to support our customer by offering multiple solutions. Both as dispatch services and also FTE resource where required. Our FTE resource spanned over multiple countries including:

  4. Serbia

FNG were also able to successfully dispatch L3 network engineers across 38 sites, in multiple states in the USA. We had to adhere to multiple SLA’s ranging from 4 hour same day to Next Business Day.
